All content on www.kellyfosterartworks.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned or licensed by Kelly Foster and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

 

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of www.kellyfosterartworks.com for commercial purposes without my prior written consent.

 

Product Information and Pricing

 

I strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. However, errors may occur, and I reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Prices are subject to change without notice, and any price displayed at the time of your order will apply.

I have made every effort to use photos that are as close to real life as possible. However, colours may differ between computer monitors and mobile devices and may not display the true colour.

 

Orders and Payments

 

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your purchase.

Your order will be dispatched within 7-10 working days.

By placing an order on www.kellyfosterartworks.com, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these terms and conditions.

 

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

 

Payment must be made in full before your order is processed and shipped. I accept the payment methods listed on www.kellyfosterartworks.com.

Cheques or postal orders are not accepted.

 

Prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP). For customers whose method of payment is in a currency other than GBP, then orders will be subject to the exchange rate on the day of the transaction. This will be converted live when you click to complete your purchase.

Shipping and Delivery

 

I currently only ship within the UK excluding Northern Ireland.  Any orders placed from outside these areas will be cancelled. Shipping charges and delivery times vary depending on the shipping address and the shipping method selected. I send all my orders via Royal Mail and Parcelforce. Please ensure your Shipping Address is correct at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are determined by the size, weight, and value of the artwork purchased along with costs set by the courier.

 

I aim to dispatch orders within 7-10 working days of an order being placed. You will be notified when your order has been dispatched. I send all orders tracked. UK orders should arrive within 48 hours. This time frame is an estimate. I am not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processing.

Delayed Post

While postal delays are rare, please take into account that there are busier times of year, such as Christmas, where your order may take longer than expected.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

 

Please submit a written request to cancel your order within 24 hours from time of placing said order. Please use the contact form to contact me and include your order number. Once your order has shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel.

 

Original artwork cannot be returned, replaced or exchanged.

 

Any printed artwork returns must be returned in the same condition as received and returns postage is payable by the customer which will not be refunded.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact me at kellyfosterartworks@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and provide details of damage along with photos of damaged artwork and the packaging. If you are unable to provide detailed images of the damage, it will not be possible to move forward on a refund.

If a refund is necessary, the refund will be processed via the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected by myself.

 

 

Original Art Care Note

All orders come with care instructions to help you take care of your new artwork.

All prints are printed on Hahnemuhle 100% Cotton Matt Fine Art Photo Rag 308gsm paper, a high quality archival paper. I recommend framing art prints behind UV glass to help ensure their longevity and keep them out of direct sunlight.

Each piece of original textured petal art has been carefully sealed with a protective UV varnish spray. However, to best preserve the vibrancy of colour and minimise any possible colour fading over time, especially in the event the piece contains alcohol ink, it is recommended all original artworks are kept out of direct sunlight. All alcohol ink bookmarks are sealed with at least nine coats of three types of spray varnish but due to their low lightfast rating, where possible keep out of direct sunlight.
